A morning of activities, fun, and learning for children in the NINEE community. Runs in the morning ahead of the Family Fun Day in the afternoon.

A full afternoon of family fun — marching, games, sports, and community celebration for all ages. Follows on from the Children’s Club morning session.

A vibrant day of networking, workshops, and fun for the women of the NINEE community and their guests. Includes guest speakers, wellbeing activities, and time to connect with one another.

A 5km walk along the Newcastle Quayside raising awareness of menstrual health and period poverty. Free participation for all women — no ticket needed, just register to join. Supported by NINEE’s Welfare team.

An empowering seminar for young Igbo people across the North East — covering leadership, identity, and opportunity. Open to all young people aged 13–30.

NINEE’s flagship annual event — held every first Saturday of August. A full day of traditional ceremony, food, live music, dance, a community marketplace, and celebration of Igbo heritage. Family friendly — free for all.
